These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Website. Depending on your activities when visiting our Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.

By using our Website, submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, or otherwise providing your personal information to Perseus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not submit your information or continue to use our Website.

03 Anti-Spam Compliance

Perseus is committed to complying with applicable anti-spam legislation in all jurisdictions in which it operates.

Canadian Recipients (CASL)

Perseus complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). By submitting your contact information through our Website and indicating your consent, you provide express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Perseus. Where a prior business relationship exists, implied consent may apply in accordance with CASL provisions.

US Recipients (CAN-SPAM)

This Website and all content, services, and materials made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Perseus does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Perseus makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Website.

Operational recommendations and audit findings are based on information provided by the client and are intended as advisory guidance. Results may vary based on individual business circumstances.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perseus and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Website or our services.

In no event shall Perseus's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Website exceed the total amount paid by you to Perseus in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

11 Changes to These Terms

Perseus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, in its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of this Website or submission of your information after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.

13 Revenue Guarantee — Terms and Conditions

Perseus offers a conditional revenue guarantee on the Revenue Certainty Audit. If we complete the audit and do not identify at least $50,000 CAD in annualized revenue leakage, we will refund the full audit fee. The following eligibility conditions apply:

  • Operational history: Your business must have been operating for a minimum of two (2) years at the time of the audit.
  • Booking system in place: You must have an active client booking system with at least two (2) years of appointment history and accessible data.
  • Minimum annual revenue: Your business must be generating a minimum of $21,000 CAD in annual gross revenue.
  • Data access: You must provide Perseus with reasonable access to your operational data, including scheduling records, client history, and revenue reports, sufficient to complete a full 42-point audit.
  • Full audit completion: The guarantee applies only upon full completion of the audit session. Partial audits or early terminations are not eligible.
  • One claim per business: The guarantee applies to the first audit engagement only and may not be combined with any other offer or discount.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to richie@perseus-io.com within five (5) business days of receiving your audit results. Perseus reserves the right to review the eligibility criteria before processing any refund.

This guarantee applies to the identification of revenue leakage gaps only and does not guarantee any specific business outcome or future revenue increase resulting from implementation.
